What does UGC-DEB Entitlement mean here?

Comparison platforms, including University Vidya are useful for assembling a shortlist quickly, but on a commitment of this size, the university's own fee page should settle the final number.
Choosing on More Than Price
The honest question is not which is cheapest but what you are buying with the difference.
